this ghostly image was submitted by thomas q. of england. it was taken in 1995 with a nikon slr camera.
"there was a fire in the town hall and i came down to take pictures of the fire hoping to get printed in the newspaper. in this shot you can see a little girl peeking out of the door of the burning building. there were no people in the town hall that night. in the early 1900s, there was an orphanage next door and the rumor is that kids used to sneak into the meetinghouse at night to play."
