lizzie took this picture of a stuffed el chupacabra in a museum in mexico that she saw while on spring break in 1999. normally we wouldn't post a picture of a display, but it was so terrifying and the sharpest picture of a chupacabra we've ever seen that we allowed it.
el chupacabras are also known as "mexican goat suckers" because they are purported to feed vampire-like on goats, sheep, and other small animals and are mostly seen in mexico, southern texas, arizona, and california. they thrive in the desert and mostly come out at night.
